Returns & Exchanges

Please check your order before the courier leaves.

You may open and inspect your order while the courier is waiting.

14-Day Return & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items showing any signs of use, stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or damage will not be accepted.
• Underscrubs and customized/embroidered items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Return and exchange shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, except for incorrect or defective items.
• Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only.
• Exchanges are subject to size and color availability.
• Returns and exchanges are requested through Instagram DM.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be sent via InstaPay.
• Return shipments usually take 5–7 days to reach us.
