Shipping Policy

We currently deliver across Egypt.

Delivery Time

• Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

• Delivery to some areas may take longer.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and are shown at checkout.

• Any applicable shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless a free-shipping offer applies.

Cash on Delivery

• Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders.

• Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct when placing your order.

• Our team may contact you to confirm your order before shipping.

Cancellation & Refusal of Delivery

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible without covering the applicable shipping/inspection fees.

• If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, or refuse to receive the order upon delivery, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping and inspection fees incurred by the order.

• Any future orders may require prepayment if a previous order was cancelled or refused without covering the applicable fees.

Delivery Attempts

• The courier may contact you by phone when your order is out for delivery.

• Please make sure someone is available to receive the order.

• If the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect/incomplete address, additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.

Before Receiving Your Order

• You may open and inspect your order while the courier is present before accepting it.

Wrong or Defective Items

• If you receive the wrong item or notice a manufacturing defect, please contact us through Instagram DM within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos so we can assist you.
